I Make Leadership Transitions Work for Your Organization

Leadership transitions, both expected and unexpected, present a unique opportunity for your organization’s development. I can help you leverage this opportunity in two ways, transition planning and interim leadership.

Transition planning is a brief engagement where I help you determine your goals for the transition period and then create an interim plan that will meet the needs of your unique situation.

Interim Leadership is a longer engagement where I serve as the organization’s leader, complete a full assessment of the current state, identify and implement needed course corrections, and work hand-in-hand with the staff and Board of Directors to develop a comprehensive profile for the next leader. At the end of the engagement, I leave the full organizational assessment and a “playbook” for the new leader to use as they transition into their role, setting the new leader, and the organization, up for success.
