How It Works

As the Interim Leader, we immediately take on the day-to-day tasks including support of the board and leadership team.   • The Interim Leader guides you in retaining an executive search firm and works closely with the search committee to design the leadership profile, respond to questions from candidates, and execute a fully transparent search.
