But when an Executive is transitioning, both expected and unexpected, the board often doesn’t have the information needed to make critical decisions. That’s where we come in. Our experienced interim executives will come on-site to complete a full assessment, resulting in recommendations and next steps, usually within just four weeks.

  • This includes:

    • Comprehensive interviews with staff and board.

    • Observations of meetings and gatherings.

    • Systems assessment including technology and information storage.

    • Processes and workflows.

    • Metrics and key performance indicators.

    • A board governance survey.

  • ‍Presented as a results and de-briefing session, you will receive a complete report and insights into eight key domains and leave the session with a plan.
